If you've never owned a Domain before or even thought about 'personal eMail' - This guide will hopefully answer any questions you may have!

A Domain - What is it?

There are many Domains around the world - For the UK, the standard Domain would end in .co.uk

For example, a Domain would look like " anything.co.uk " - A Domain simply is the last part of the eMail Address or Web URL.

See the examples below:

When you register a Domain, you need to choose what "extension" you would like, whether it be a .co.uk, .com etc.

You can register and use .co.uk, me.co.uk and also .com

With all Domains you have to renew them every 1-2 years depending on the Domain.

Generally .co Domains are renewed every 2 years, whereas most other extensions are renewed every year -- Still at low prices.
However when you purchase one of our yearly packages, the price includes the Domain registration -

We register / renew the Domain for you so you don't have to worry about forgetting!

Remember, when you register a Domain - It's yours!
Nobody in the world has the same Domain, therefore your eMail and/or Website is TOTALLY unique to you and you alone!

What can I do with a Domain name?

Once you have registered your Domain, you have various options:
Use it with your eMail - So instead of having something your Internet Service Provider has given you like,

myaddress@somethings_thats_not_easy_to_remember.co.uk - You can have yourname@yourdomain.co.uk !

REMEMBER(!) the part before the @-Sign, you can have as many names/mailboxes as you require! So if your Domain is for a family, each family member can have their own mailbox if you run a small business, each member of the team can have their own mailbox, e.g.

john@yourdomain.co.uk - steph@yourdomain.co.uk ... it's limitless!

You can then choose to use an eMail client on your Computer for checking/writing eMail - You can also you can access the very same eMail over the Internet via any modern Web browser. So for example you're away on business or holiday - You still have access to your newly arrived eMail. You can of course reply to any eMail just like being at home or at the office!

STOP(!) 'FREEMail' Abuse!

Everyone can get a FREE eMail address these days indeed they are very popular.. but along with popularity they are also very common. We all know someone who has a FreeMail account somewhere and they have a friend who also has a FreeMail account.. and so on .. and so on..

?? WHY BE COMMON - WHY BE LIKE THE REST ??

!! sillyname@hotmail.com - anothersillyname@gmail.com !!

Be different, be unique, BE YOU. Impress your friends, impress your family and get a Domain only you have - It's your Domain, nobody in the world has got the same one!
